Refund policy for pharmacist consultations

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to the 4 hours prior to appointment, fees paid will be refunded or carried over to the rescheduled booking. Cancellations within 4 hours of appointment will result in loss of fee paid unless appointment is rescheduled to another day, in which case the paid fee will be carried over.
