Kasey Keys (Pharmacist and Credentialed Diabetes Educator)

Kasey is one of our talented pharmacists and is also a Credentialed Diabetes Educator. She is passionate about educating and empowering our customers with the information they need to self-manage their diabetes and prevent complications by devising smart goals and strategies to improve blood glucose control and sense of wellbeing.

What a Credentialed Diabetes Educator can do:

• Education to newly diagnosed patients and ongoing education about diabetes

• Prediabetes screening and prevention of diabetes

• Tailored management of diabetes to improve blood glucose control and quality of life

• Insulin initiation and titration, management of complications, support to families and carers and

liaison with GPs about management

• Blood Glucose Meter upgrades

• NDSS registration and 6 month certification


Danielle specialises in providing nutrition support for:

• Weight concerns – through a supported, individualised approach

• Paediatric conditions such as failure to thrive, allergies/intolerances, fussy eating and weight concerns

• Lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and cholesterol

• Gut health concerns such as irritable bowel disease (IBS) or diarrhoea/constipation

• Healthy ageing including dementia, malnutrition and poor appetite

• Overall improvement of health and quality of life in adults and older adults

Bulk billing available for patients with an Enhanced Primary Care plan (EPC)/Chronic Disease

Management Plan (CDMP) or DVA referral
