Bumps & Beyond Antenatal classes

Held by a registered midwife with over 20 years experience across all sectors of maternity care. Asha is passionate about supporting women and their families throughout their pregnancy and parenting journey.

The session will focus on caring for your baby from birth to six weeks including:

  • What happens immediately after birth
  • Bringing baby home – what you need to know and need
  • Feeding and bathing
  • Sleep and settling
  • Cord care, skin care and nail care
  • Mum’s emotional and physical health
  • Dad’s role

You will also receive takeaway resources, goodie bag and baby voucher to spend in store!

We offer a FREE maternal and child health clinic with our Registered Midwife.

Asha has over 20 years experience as a midwife and her warm nature will put you at ease. She can assist with all aspects of pregnancy and infant care including baby’s growth and development, breastfeeding, sleep and settling and overall parental wellbeing.

Mums Do Coffee

Join new mums every Wednesday at Capsule Café at 10am for chat and coffee. Pharmacist and Mum Kasey will join to answer any questions or to enjoy some newborn cuddles. Keep an eye out for special guest speakers.
